With this form you can register for programs at the California Branch. You can enter new registrations as well as edit a previously made registration.
Registration form instructions:
Please keep your email address up to date in the participant database. Ask your instructor.
You must complete the entire form to obtain a confirmation message sent to your email address on file. Check your spam folders.
You must know your reservation number to edit an existing registration.
For arrival and departure date and time, if there is any doubt to what is being asked, use the workshop or event start and end date and time.
Please read selections carefully. There may be programs in multiple locations. Be sure to select the correct airport and accommodation for the workshop you are attending. Make one reservation per location.
